   -a good photo or two and a brief description of what caused the damage is usually enough for me to get a good idea of the bike’s reparability along with an estimated lead-time and cost to perform the repair

2. Schedule to meet

   -My office is at 4696 W Overland suite 170 Boise, ID 83705. This location is a small office specifically for meeting with customers. I don’t typically work my full days at this office so meetings are by appointment only but it is not far from my home/shop so I can typically be very flexible with meeting days, evenings or weekends

3. Prepare the bike/frame

   -Most repairs don’t require the bike to be fully disassembled since I can remove only any required parts myself and mask the rest of the bike to avoid contamination

   -Please remove and keep any personal items or easily removable accessories like computers, seat bags and water bottles (this gives me fewer things to keep track of in my shop)

4. Meet in person and drop-off the bike

5. I do the work

   -A typical repair lead-time is 1-2 weeks. If there are any other factors that would push a repair beyond that timeframe I’ll let you know beforehand whenever possible

6. When the work is done I’ll contact you and arrange to meet again and return the bike

   -payment is due when I return the bike and you approve of my work

   -I can accept most any form of payment including direct card swipes at my office. Cash or check are preferred simply because they have no fees for me to pay on my end but card payments are 100% acceptable
