Out of Area Repairs

   -a good photo or two and a brief description of what caused the damage is usually enough for me to get a good idea of the bike’s reparability along with an estimated lead-time and cost to perform the repair

2. After acceptance of a quoted price and lead-time I’ll give you an address for shipping the bike or frame

   -full disassembly is usually not required for the repair itself but will save you a lot of money on shipping (even if it’s light, shipping companies charge a lot to handle a full-sized bike box)

3. When the bike/frame arrives I’ll confirm with you that I’ve received it and will start working on it right away

   -I will also perform a full inspection of the bike at this point to confirm what I saw in the photos and if there is any major differences from what I was expecting and will communicate any changes before moving ahead

4. When the work is finished I’ll send photos of the repair for your approval along with a quote for the return shipping added to the agreed price for the repair

   -PayPal and Venmo are both great options for sending payment. If you prefer to send cash or check I’ll need to wait until that arrives before I can ship your bike back to you

5. As soon as I receive payment I repackage the bike/frame back into the same box it arrived in and send it back right away so you can get back to riding
